Drexel: Beyond Hunger
Drexel’s School of Public Health and The Center for Hunger-Free Communities utilized IMS’ Event Staging Team for the production of its highly-publicized first annual “Beyond Hunger” conference in Philadelphia.
In addition to the standard audio, video and lighting components, IMS also documented the entire event for the purpose of creating a post-event highlight reel/wrap up/marketing piece. This was used to spread the news about the event and publicize the “Call to Action” document that was created on the last day. The video was also presented at other events as a marketing tool to gain corporate and government sponsors for the next event.
