The mission of Cigna Client Forum is to educate its audience; to disseminate real world, relevant information through presented material, networking and shared experiences. Attendees capitalize on one another’s resources, past challenges, benchmarked solutions and unique skills.
IMS centered a 15’ x 45’ projection blend surface that functioned as an immersive content canvas. Two 7.5’ x 13’ screens hung portrait style flanked the blend. The lighting design and effects were incorporated into the script and show rundown to compliment the atmosphere dictated by the presentation.
Two outboard screens were used as scrolling social media walls to drive presentation content toward attendee interests and keep the audience engaged. Questions were posed by attendees and key points in the presentations were highlighted as dictated by Corporate Communications. The side screens also served as an image magnification platform and digital banners that could scroll through logos. To promote networking, IMS designed a custom “connected pod” seating style that played off of the event theme. IMS utilized only tables and chairs that the venue had on site.
IMS worked directly with Cigna Creative Services to assist in cost effectively creating content that would enhance the presentation appearance and message delivery. IMS’s pre-production process included production meetings bi-weekly with all necessary Cigna departments to ensure expectations were exceeded.
