Your meeting rooms and collaboration systems were likely designed with the intent that people would be gathering in them to meet and collaborate in-person, possibly with other groups of people in one or two locations. But, given our current circumstances, your meeting rooms are likely not filled and your people are relying on your collaboration systems to accommodate more attendees in more locations than ever intended.
To ensure that your systems are prepared for the data influx and additional capacity that will be needed while your employees work from home for an extended period of time, IMS is working with clients to fully test business critical systems. After testing, we will either provide confirmation that your systems are ready for the demand, or identify any high-priority risk factors that could impact system uptime or reliability. We also have comprehensive procedures in place to clean your conferencing and collaboration equipment that is used by the employees who may still be working in your location.
We understand that your capital budget is likely frozen. Our priority will be to advise you on how to best use and allocate the equipment and systems you already have in place, without new capital expenditures.
