State-of-the-art, fully-functional conferencing and learning systems designed for productivity and collaboration are essential.
With teams, partners, and students more spread out than ever, conferencing and learning systems designed specifically to meet the needs of life science firms and institutions must bring people together virtually and provide the tools needed to continually drive innovation, productivity, and efficiency. The overall design and AV systems in current spaces are being reimagined to meet the current health and safety needs, while maintaining user-friendliness to drive adoption rates. The most common upgrades today include:
Anatomy Lab
- Two (2) 5,000 Lumens DLP Laser Projectors.
- One (1) ceiling-mounted camera with 30x zoom lens equipped with an auto-tracking capability to allow the presenter to walk around the lab with the camera following them as they conduct their lesson. The presenter wears a Lanyard to utilize the auto-tracking functions with up to 40 hours of lanyard operation available between charges.
- Two (2) ceiling-mounted cameras with 12x zoom lens providing supporting angles in the lab.
- Eight (8) low-profile cameras on each of the lighting booms that are weatherproof to protect them from any biomaterials that may disperse in the room.
Physical Therapy Lab
- Two (2) 5,000 Lumens DLP Laser Projectors.
- Six (6) wall-mounted displays positioned around the room.
- One (1) ceiling-mounted camera with a 30x zoom lens equipped with an auto-tracking capability to allow the presenter to walk around the Lab with the camera following them as they conduct their lesson. The presenter wears a Lanyard to utilize the auto-tracking functions with up to 40 hours of lanyard operation available between charges.
- Two (2) ceiling-mounted cameras with 12x zoom lens providing supporting angles in the Lab.
- One (1) document camera allowing the capture of demonstration material on a designated table.
Kinesiology Classroom
- Two (2) 5,000 Lumens DLP Laser Projectors.
- A wireless collaboration device will allow an unlimited number of users to share their computer or mobile device information including text, video, and audio on display screen without plugging in any wires into their device.
- One (1) ceiling-mounted camera.
- Eight (2) wide frequency response presentation speakers installed in the ceiling.
- Two (2) ceiling-mounted microphone arrays.
IPE Lab
- One (1) 65” 4K LED Professional Display used to display desired content which is appropriate to the particular training or simulation scenario being presented.
- One (1) 10.1" touch panel for control of content on display.
- Two (2) Ceiling-mounted IP cameras to allow for two separate views during either a simulation or interaction during training.
- Three (3) ceiling-mounted microphones.
- Two (2) 6.5” 2-way in-ceiling speakers providing audio for playback and for simulation with two unique audio zones per room.
- Wireless solar keyboard and mouse combo.
