Project Synopsis

IMS Technology Services provided design build services for Dendrite, which consisted of 38 rooms in the internal meeting spaces and a state of the art Executive Briefing Center (EBC). The briefing center is used to demonstrate the applications of their software solutions to their clients. The EBC rooms were conceptualized by the IMS team and Dendrite’s Marketing department to provide technically sophisticated, yet easy to use rooms for client presentations.

Project Deliverables

The photos above include:

• Solutions Room: 4 plasma and front projection. Crestron control gives users the ability to route video signals to any of the displays. Any image can be sent to the large projection screen while simultaneously routing the audio to the stereo ceiling speaker system.
• Auditorium: Dual front projection system for large audience meetings. Presenter has a wireless microphone and touch panel to control system functions from anywhere in the room. Projectors are hidden in the louvered ceiling, while ceiling recessed electric screen retract while not in use.
• Lobby Display: When entering the lobby of the EBC clients are treated to the Nippura Blue Ocean™. This cutting edge rear projection technology allows for a dynamic image to be displayed without having to build a dark room around the display. This system features a complete HD system. The media server, projector, and screen are native HD. Audio support is via a distributed ceiling speaker system. (Projector is hidden behind screen in soffit).
