Cozen’s vision for the VTC room came to reality with the help of IMS Audio Visual’s design/build systems integration expertise.
While working with the interior designer IMS was posed with a challenge in working with the vision of the space while maintaining system functionality. One of the main challenges was working through how to mount the camera. The wall was designed to be wrapped in fabric. The solution to this problem was to recess a shelf into the wall while utilizing a stylized one inch thick piece of glass to support the VTC camera. The result came out beautifully.
Users of the room have complimented the space based upon both the functionality and ambience of the space. The system’s integration is smooth yet functional. While working through internal meetings, depositions, and collaboration associates and partners have experienced great increases in workflow and performance.
