San Francisco, CA / June 17th, 2015 — Women in AV (WAVE), a global organization dedicated to promoting the growth and performance of women in the AV industry through education, networking and mentoring today announced Jill Renninger, Owner and President of IMS Technology Service Inc, has been selected to receive WAVE’s 2015 Mentoring Award. The award was presented at the InfoComm 2015 NSCA/FSR/SYNNEX Women in AV Reception.

“I am honored and humbled to receive this award. We have grown IMS from renting projectors from our basement to managing events and system installations across the country and around the world… we’re not a huge company, only 80 people, but that’s still 80 people… and that’s really where I believe mentoring comes into play”, says Renninger.
