IMS, along with BHH Architects collaborated to complete the Design Build of six (6) multi-use conference rooms including a 50 seat video conference and training room. Based on the success and overwhelming feedback by end-users about the systems, IMS was chosen again to continue the collaborative effort and successfully complete the Design Build of eight (8) multi-use conference rooms, including a 120 seat divisible video conference and presentation room.

Reed Smith recently completed the multi-floor architectural, interior and AV renovation of its offices with the help of Corporate Catalyst Architects and IMS Technology Services. Reed Smith chose IMS based on our Design Build model to integrate state-of-the-art AV systems in six (6) high level meeting and presentation rooms and one multi-media based cafeteria.

Cozen’s challenge in their Wilmington, Delaware office was to integrate audio visual systems in their main conference room that would fit with a modernly designed office.

Souderton Area School District

Souderton Areas School District has previously invested in interactive whiteboards and other audio visual equipment in years past so it was important to retrofit these assets to maximize efficiency while improving image and sound quality. In addition, faculty often does not stay in one classroom year over year, so standardizing on a design a design was critical. Ease-of-use and reliability ranked as most important priorities for faculty, while cost-of-ownership was an important focal point for SASD’s administration.

Wyeth Pharmaceuticals

The Internal Meetings group within Wyeth created a high profile project to expand the Video and Collaborative Conferencing systems capabilities for their 70 seat conference room. In addition to audio visual, there was a need to upgrade the furniture and interiors finishes of the room, as well as raise part of the floor for handicap accessibility.

Triple Divisible Space at Comcast – Guideworks

Guideworks’ evolving business and meeting climate outgrew the legacy AV system that was in place. The challenge was to improve workflow, increase information retention for training, and create a multi-display environment to test the software they develop.
