Their meeting planning company allowed IMS to bid on this conference, their largest annual event, to be held in Orlando, Florida for ten days. The client also needed a whole new stage set as their previous hard-set stage was destroyed in shipping after a previous conference. They also desired an event staging partner who could assist them to take their general sessions, breakout sessions and multiple awards presentations to the next level with upgraded audio, video, lighting, staging and content creation in Orlando.
