Today’s prospective senior living residents are increasingly seeking communities that leverage advanced technology to enhance comfort, connection, and everyday engagement. In response, senior living organizations are investing in modern audiovisual (AV) systems to elevate the resident experience.

A large, multi-campus senior living organization needed to modernize and standardize AV systems across a variety of locations and room types (auditoriums, multi-purpose rooms, chapels, dining rooms, lobbies, public spaces, etc).

The organization partnered with IMS to design and implement a unified, intuitive, and reliable AV ecosystem capable of supporting a vast array of everyday programming (including worship services, memorials, musical performances, fitness classes, and community broadcasts) and hybrid participation options for residents or off-site family members unable to attend in-person.
