We’ve welcomed a few new faces in the last 2 months. We are proud to welcome the following new team members to IMS:
Dan Gerstenhaber, Director of Lighting
With a passion for lighting and events, Dan worked in all aspects of entertainment and live marketing, including TV, Ballet, trade shows, and corporate theater. Dan brings over 25 years of experience in the entertainment and hospitality industry to IMS, after previously holding roles including Streaming Studio Production Manager, Lighting Designer/Senior Lighting Designer, Production Manager, Project Manager, and most recently, Lighting Director. He has worked for NMR Events in New Jersey and AVFX in Massachusetts where he was accountable for creative designs/productions and most importantly, implementation of the client’s vision
Michael Romano, Senior Production Manager
Prior to joining IMS, Michael was a Director and Virtual Event Producer for Visual Sound for over 6 years. He also previously held positions at PSAV, Bowstring, and the Wharton School of Business in various roles including AV Technician, Lead Technician, Production and Camera Assistant, and Videographer.
Ryan Spencer, Labor Coordinator
Ryan has a history of supporting and coordinating activities related to large events, including as a truck lead and part of scenic setup for Jurassic Quest, lead of props with Feld Entertainment, head of concessions and head usher for Circus Smirkus and Big Apple Circus, and a backstage crew member for Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey.
Kyle Snyder, Warehouse Senior Supervisor
Kyle has most recently been freelancing but rose through the ranks at Eventions as Technician, Warehouse Operations, and Project Manager. He also has over 9 years of experience as an Inventory Manager for Tactical Technologies, Inc.
