We’ve welcomed a few new faces over the last several months. We are proud to welcome the following new team members to IMS:
Lauren McLoughlin, Project Coordinator (Systems Integration)
Lauren has over 20 years of experience in a variety of positions that truly sharpened her skills. She was an administrative assistant auditing surgical reports, a Network Contract Administrator, a Dispatch Head Lead, and an Account Executive. These positions strengthened her collaboration, negotiation, reporting, scheduling, and auditing skills.
John Streeper, Service Responder (Managed Services)
John has over 10 years of experience in a project capacity and. most recently, serving as Associate Director of Operations for a company in the transportation industry. He has been responsible for developing, training, and maintaining an online web application, identifying and tracking team metrics, and monitoring project success against expected budgets and schedules.
John Boyle, Warehouse Technician (Event Staging)
John graduated from Garnet Valley High School with the class of 2017. During his time there he worked as a Stagehand for a lighting company. After graduation, he worked full-time at a media production company. At both companies, he learned how to troubleshoot and repair AV equipment, coordinated logistical operations for events, and assisted the lighting and audio crew as directed.
Dustin Mattern, Warehouse Technician (Event Staging)
Dustin graduated from Temple University from the Klein College of Media and Communication in the spring of 2022. He has experience in video services supporting the Phanavision for the Philadelphia Phillies, was a Production Specialist for a media company, a Video Production Intern for the Federal Reserve Bank of Phila., and served as an Operations Manager and Drone Pilot for 2 drone companies.
April Norris, Director of Business Development (Systems Integration)
April comes to IMS most recently from a large electrical contractor where she was the Director of Business Development for the Mid-Atlantic Region. Prior to that, she worked for a local AV provider in the same capacity, directly responsible for long-term organizational strategic goals, and driving new initiatives. She is actively involved in core affiliations supporting Women, charitable organizations, and industry-related initiatives
Tom Pielli, Service Technician (Managed Services)
Tom got started in the A/V and IT industry over 10 years ago after working in Tech Sales and Marketing. He thoroughly enjoys the challenging and ever-changing environment and looks forward to assisting our clients with their service needs.
