Best Decision: Making the transition from IT to AV.

Worst Decision: Allowing myself to be sweet talked by a competitor into leaving a great job and thinking the grass would actually be greener.

Toughest Decision: : Any time you have to part ways with a team member for any reason. It’s just never easy for me.

Mentor: My father. He taught us that you do the right thing, even when it is the more difficult path, for no other reason than it is the right thing to do and don’t look for a pat on the back for doing it.

Personal Interests: Spending time with my family, hunting, fishing, hockey, archery, and golf.
